KETTLEBURGH, SUFFOLK - CONCEPT, DESIGN, PLANNING & CONSTRUCTION
The proposals replace a 1960s bungalow with a new property split into two parts at varying heights. The two structures are centred around a central courtyard and connected via a glazed link separating front and back of house spaces.
The proposals have been developed with @danwoodhouseuk with the home being constructed as a prefabrication system. This resulted in significant programme and cost saving opportunities whilst still delivering an excellent standard of detailing and finishing.
