The replanned ground floor provides much improved kitchen, living & dining spaces. Whilst the new garden incorporates a yoga studio, morning/evening terracing & sunken garden. The spaces are served by an air source heat pump, solar panels, and the storage/reuse of grey water.

The project involved the extensive remodelling & extension of a 19th century villa, within the Brooke Conservation Area, to a family home with a residential annexe.
New additions are set to be subservient to the existing property. whilst, the use of brick references the adajcent hsitoric garden walls. This material approach also assisted in breaking down the perceived scale of the proposals.
