Once a preferred proposal has been selected, we are able to form the relevant architectural information to make a Pre-Application, Design Review Panel, or Planning Submission.

We are able to provide the necessary tender, Building Regulation, and construction information to assist in the delivery of the project.
principal designer
In accordance with CDM Regulations 2015, we can take on the role of Principal Designer whether through the planning stages or the entirety of the project.

contract administration
As Contract Administrator, we manage, negotiate, support, and execute the contract processes throughout the entirety of the project.
Public consultation
We do not necessarily live in the areas where our projects are based. Therefore, we encourage our clients to instigate and take part in Public Consultation. We can provide guidance on the process, lead events, collate responses which can then go onto inform developments.
