Starting a project can be a daunting prospect. Our role is to turn your aspirations into reality. We will guide you through the design, planning, and construction process whether you are constructing a new building or adapting an existing property.
Firstly, we carry out a preliminary site visit and Client briefing meeting. We then submit a fee proposal and design programme for your review & instruction. Once instructed, we work with you through the planning processes to make the relevant planning submission.

We love to design and detail to see our projects being built. If the necessary consents are gained, we will prepare the relevant tender and construction information to enable the Contactor to price and build your project.
Once on site, we can assist and manage with the project delivery. We often lead and manage contract administration. However, we are happy to tailor our services to suit your requirements.
Some of our projects require a larger framework to support scope or programme specifics. When required, we work with WA Projects who can provide additional project resources under Kirby Architecure. This specific process is managed, guided & audited by the Kirby Architecture UK Team to ensure that consistency & quality are ensured.
